how <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Iowa</st1:place></st1:State>’s
budget cuts are affecting alternative education. Visit <a

information-packed newsletter. I urge all of you to read the articles and
attend this year’s IAAE conference to become more informed about possible
changes to alternative education and what you can do to prepare yourselves for
what lies ahead. Representatives from both the Iowa Department of Education and
the U.S. Department of Education will be speaking at the conference. This is
your chance to become better informed about education legislation and to ask
