[Maillist] IAAE state conference 2009 reviews

Hello all,

I was elected to the Board of Directors of the IAAE  and last week took over responsibilities as editor for the newsletter.   We plan to print a May edition with highlights from our 2009 state  conference, but since I didn't know about the board position or my new  responsibility with the newsletter, I didn't take notes on the  conference.  Can any of you who attended send me brief reviews of the  conference?  What were the highlights? What did you learn from the  keynote speakers Harvey Alston and Dr. Richard Kay? What was most  memorable?

If you could please send me your thoughts ASAP (editing deadline is THIS Friday, May 15th) at jen.duncan at tipton.k12.ia.us   I would very much appreciate it! No thought is too small! One-liners  are welcome! Please help me to put together some thoughts for a brief  May edition of the IAAE newsletter!
