[Maillist] DE Site visits

Hi All!!  I am from a small alternative school in Sigourney (20 students and 1 teacher), we had our DE site visit this month and a couple of things came up.  The main one was collaboration with "high qualified" teachers from the high school.  I know I am supposed to be collaborating with them, but they made our administrators believe that the teachers from the high school need to be checking my students papers!!  If anyone has any ideas as to what you do to prove you are "highly qualified" please help.  THANKS!!
