CELEBRATE!

Governor Chet Culver has once again proclaimed February "Alternative Education Month".  The proclamation is attached. 

Print out the proclamation. Share it in your classroom, school, campus, district.  Forward a copy of the proclamation to your local media.  Consider celebrating with an open house, a program, distribution of brochures, a press release or two.

AND...give serious thought to bringing your students to the Iowa Association of Alternative Education's Legislative Day at the Capitol in Des Moines, Tuesday, February 24.
